Accreditation
The Design Studies Institute maintains accreditation from the Accreditation Agency Curaçao (AAC).
The Accreditation Agency Curaçao was established in 2017 and is an independent organization responsible for accrediting higher education institutions in the Caribbean and Latin America. The AAC is an affiliate member of the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA) and a member of the CHEA International Quality Group (CIQG), an initiative of the Council for Higher Education Accreditation
The AAC accreditation represents a formal evaluation and ongoing quality assurance of our Doctor of Design, Master of Design, and Professional Certificate in Design Studies academic programs.
Licensure
The Government of Anguilla, Ministry of Education, Higher Education Licensing Board has granted the Design Studies Institute a License to operate as a private university in Anguilla, British West Indies.
This licensure and recognition authorizes the Design Studies Institute to confer professional certificates, Master's, and Doctoral degrees in design studies and related fields, establishing the legal authority to deliver higher education programs and specialized professional training.
