Mark began his career in engineering, building digital experiences for major media outlets such as Viacom, New York Magazine, The Huffington Post, and BuzzFeed. This evolution from technical development into user experience and business development allowed him to master identifying pain points and creating seamless solutions. Mentoring has remained a consistent strength throughout his career, eventually sparking a pivot toward academia where he could align his professional expertise with his passion for student success.
